Bass Drum Mallets
These mallets are made with tape cores and wrapped with multiple layers of felts and fleeces. I use steel shafts that are much heavier than other brands. While time-intensive to build, I believe they have an awesome quality of sound that is direct and full of pitch at all dynamics. And, to my delight, some good players have decided to use them!
